As an Intern at Lennox, you will be a part of a team of innovative and knowledgeable industry professionals. You can expect to participate in impactful, developmental projects designed for your specific area of focus. This is approximately a 10 to 12-week program that will provide you with real work experiences to grow your career and provide exposure to business leaders throughout the company. Successful interns will have the potential opportunity of joining Lennox Full-Time upon graduation. Relocation and/or travel may be required for your position. This Marketing Communications internship offers hands-on experience in coordinating corporate events, supporting marketing campaigns, and executing communication strategies that enhance employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communicatins, PR, or Event Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Adept in Canva
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Forms
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Experience with Event Planning
  • Requires current enrollment at an accredited college or university with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing internal corporate events
  • Support the development of event-related marketing materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all event touchpoints
  • Assist in post-event surveys and compile reports on outcomes and attendee feedback
  • Research and evaluate vendor products and services for events and internal / external merchandise store
