About The Position

This role is located in the Seattle, WA area and the surrounding counties including Downtown, University District, and Ballard. Below is the address to one of our flagship branch locations 1601 3rd Ave, Seattle, WA 98101. This position offers hourly compensation of $20.76 per hour. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) 12 week program with 2 round options: May 11th, 2026 - July 31st, 2026 or June 15th, 2026 - September 4th, 2026.

Requirements

  • Must be a rising Senior enrolled in a full time Bachelor's degree program for the upcoming semester in a college or university set to graduate between July 2026 - June 2027.
  • Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours/week and make a 12 week commitment beginning either May 11th, 2026 or June 15th, 2026, depending on academic calendar.
  • Must attend a College/University in Washington state.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles.
  • Take care of customers and develop marketing strategies.
  • Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
