As our Production Line Coordinator, you will be managing your own team of production line workers. The goal of this position is to ensure your assigned team is structured, organized, and meeting daily goals. You will gain hands-on, interactive management experience as well as training, and an opportunity to give your leadership skills a chance to thrive. You will be your team’s primary point of contact, their leader, overseeing the productivity, quality, and training for up to two production lines. Maintaining a clean, safe, and fun working environment on your production lines is essential. Other duties may include reporting daily employee attendance and weekly shift scheduling.
