This internship is designed for law students who are eager to gain practical legal experience and contribute to meaningful projects within our organization. We're looking for applicants with strong analytical and research skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The internship is based at our America's Division Headquarters (AHQ) in Greenville, NC.

Requirements

• First-year law student or undergraduate demonstrating a keen interest in pursuing legal studies
• Proven proficiency in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Drive to learn

Responsibilities

• Support legal operations initiatives, including implementation and optimization of contract management software
• Assist in reviewing and organizing contracts to ensure compliance and consistency
• Collaborate with legal and cross-functional teams on process improvements and documentation
• Contribute to the development of internal resources and tools to streamline legal workflows
