Simply add a cover letter as an additional document in your application. Project Description This position is in Sleepy Hollow, New York. The Legal Intern will support the R&D, Regulatory, and Commercialization Law group, which provides guidance and advice to departments including, but not limited to, the Clinical, Medical, Market Access, Sales, and Marketing Teams responsible for strategies relating to commercial and medical activities for products that are in development and/or FDA-approved. The Legal Intern will have exposure to a broad range of legal and corporate functions. The Legal Intern will assist Law Department attorneys with providing strategic counseling and ensuring compliance with applicable laws related to clinical development and commercialization of the company's products, including: ICH GCP Guidelines; Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act; False Claims Act; the Anti-Kickback Statute; and similar state laws. The Legal Intern may assist in the legal review of advertising and promotional materials, business plans/strategies, policies and SOPs, informed consent forms, and/or other ad hoc reviews. The hourly rate range for Tarrytown, NY, Sleepy Hollow, NY, Armonk, NY, and Warren, NJ includes: $17.90-$50.90 per hour. To be considered for this opportunity, you must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Law degree (and be returning to school the semester following the internship). A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred. We want someone who is able to commit to 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks from the end of May/June through the beginning of August. Requirements

  • Pursuing a JD degree, with preference to students who will have completed their first year of law school by Summer 2026.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word and PowerPoint and using other data‐driven applications.
  • Strong writing, research, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • To be considered for this opportunity, you must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Law degree (and be returning to school the semester following the internship).
  • We want someone who is able to commit to 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks from the end of May/June through the beginning of August.
