Our IT organization supports four key business areas—Infrastructure Services, Employee Services, Business Systems, and the Office of the CIO (OCIO)—that collectively enable the technology backbone of the company. Each pillar plays a critical role in delivering reliable systems, enhancing employee productivity, optimizing business applications, and driving strategic technology initiatives. Interns gain hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, participate in real-world problem solving, and collaborate with cross-functional teams that keep our global operations running efficiently.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s (graduating 2027) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or Systems Engineering (or related fields).
• Strong foundation in networking, cloud computing, operating systems, and system administration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and related tools
• Exposure to DevOps tools.
• Analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems.

Nice To Haves

• Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working in team-based technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and automation of infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Collaborate with the network, systems, and observability teams to improve performance visibility and reporting.
• Contribute to testing and validating new technologies for automation, monitoring, or system integration.
