About The Position

The purpose of this internship is to provide a college student with an opportunity to experience all aspects of the IT Business Solutions department at FNB. This would include but not be limited to: exposure to executive management within the business lines and IT leadership. Trained in our service management application and process. Help facilitate the flow of request to ensure we are meeting customer needs and assist closing requests to ensure that all requirements for compliance with audit are being met. Assist in quarterly internal review of our applications that support multiple business lines across the bank. Attend weekly meetings with the supported business lines and internal IT meetings. In the role of IT Business Solutions Intern, you have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of business and finance to real world scenarios within our IT banking segment. Requirements

• Needs to be officially enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor program with a major in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Information Technology

Responsibilities

• Participate in LOB/ Project Mgt Meetings
• Participate in the Change Management Meetings
• Participate in system training and shadow employees while they perform tasks within their specific system applications
• Assist with quarterly Audit reviews
• Work within our ticketing system to help open and close LOB requests
• Interact with other FNB business partners including IT, Fraud/ Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Accounting
• Attend and observe FNB workplace presentations
• Participate in FNB related events/trainings scheduled for all Summer Interns
