As an Under Armour Rookie you'll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you'll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

  • Support the coordination and distribution of new product assortments by utilizing merchandise plans and product strategies.
  • Engage with sustainability, quality, product, sourcing, and innovation teams to advance supply chain goals.
  • Create reports from the ground up and communicate information clearly to management.
  • Support the Footwear Costing team within the footwear product creation process.
  • Drive product innovation and supply chain strategy while applying basic textile material knowledge.
  • Analyze sales trends and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory.
  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2026 - July 2027).
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
  • Majors such as Retail Merchandising/Buying, Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • Detail-oriented and skilled at creating reports.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to articulate information to management.
  • Passion for retail and data-driven decision-making.
  • Relocation assistance provided.
  • Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule.
