We are currently looking for a Quality Control summer intern at our St Louis, MO office. The 2026 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will run from June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026. Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Join our Taste Texture Health Quality team as an intern and gain invaluable professional experience. Requirements

  • Currently working on completion of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related field.
  • Candidates must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Attention to detail with ability to spot deviations or defects in processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting quality control tests and inspections on raw materials and finished products.
  • Support the documentation and maintenance of quality records and reports.
  • Help monitor and ensure compliance with GMP and food safety standards.
  • Participate in the investigation and resolution of quality issues and customer complaints.
