As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

  • Support the team in overseeing aspects of strategic planning towards future acquisitions, event planning and operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage athlete relationships, sponsorship activations, and event partnerships.
  • Execute campaigns across key social media platforms, creating engaging content and driving brand awareness.
  • Contribute to internal and external communication and engagement efforts.
  • Create compelling content around products, employees, and athletes, helping to tell Under Armour’s innovation story.
  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2026 - July 2027).
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Majors such as Marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Communications, Public Relations, or MBA’s.
  • Experience in brand representation within sports and athlete endorsement strategy.
  • Experience in managing digital communities and tracking performance analytics.
  • Majors such as Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Media Studies, and Marketing.
  • Relocation assistance provided.
  • Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule.
