As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

  • Support recruiting strategies, candidate engagement, and hiring initiatives in Talent Acquisition.
  • Contribute to learning initiatives, leadership development, and career growth experiences in Talent Development.
  • Assist in addressing teammate needs, driving engagement, and ensuring a positive experience in Teammate Relations.
  • Help with teammate data management, compliance, and operational projects in HR Administration & Operations.
  • Assist with the administration and optimization of HR systems and processes in HR Analytics & HR Systems.
  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2026 - July 2027).
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Relocation assistance provided.
  • Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule.
