Throughout the 12 weeks you'll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2026 - July 2027).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support the global community impact team in efforts to help unlock access and opportunities for young athletes across the globe.
• Assist in managing data and administrative functions.
• Contribute to planning and executing community events.
• Help coordinate volunteer activities.
