Barron's Wealth & Asset Management Group hosts a series of national, regional, and international invitation-only summits to recognize the achievements of the most successful and influential financial advisors in the wealth management industry. The summits are an excellent opportunity for elite financial advisors from across the industry to meet and discuss the latest innovations in the wealth services field, developments in the global economy, and strategies for personal and professional growth. You will report to the Managing Director, Barron’s Wealth and Asset Management.

Requirements

  • Completed at least two years towards your Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency in Excel (can perform complex functions) or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with financial data
  • A dynamic and engaging demeanor and the ability to gain expertise and earn trust with our clients
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • An interest in finance, computer science, business administration, wealth management

Responsibilities

  • Assist with research projects related to the wealth management industry
  • Support compiling invitation lists from Advisor Database for Advisor Summits
  • Update database of attendees to clean up duplicates and outdated information
  • Remove outdated reports and videos from database
  • Personal Outreach to summit invitees (via phone or email)
  • Help answer conference inquiries (website, email and phone) and filter to the correct department
  • Provide information and support to attendees as it relates to Advisor Summits, Regional events, and Advisor Rankings
  • Help with communications to conference speakers
  • Help maintain data for conference speakers and content submissions
  • Update the accuracy of conference content in internal databases, websites, and printed materials
  • Support and organize the Continuing Education Credit application process
  • Work in systems to manage projects, including FileMaker and Cvent
