As an Engineering Intern , you will play a key role in supporting technical projects and initiatives that bring value to patients, customers, and our employees. You’ll collaborate with a passionate global team to conduct research, testing, and planning while gaining hands-on experience in engineering processes and innovation. In this role, a typical day will include: Writing and reviewing technical documents to support engineering projects. Assisting with research and development activities to support global manufacturing initiatives Evaluating new production materials, equipment, and technologies. Assessing technical feasibility to ensure efficiency and compliance. Collaborating with engineers on global initiatives that impact business success. Applying analytical and problem-solving skills to improve existing processes. Learning and contributing to projects that enhance patient care and product performance.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for at least one semester prior to and following the internship.
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills through extracurricular activities or projects.
  • Ability to commit to a 10–12 week, full-time (40 hours/week) summer internship.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship (students on F1 visa with CPT can be accommodated).
