What You'll Experience: Over 10 weeks, you'll be immersed in ALSAC's culture and work alongside passionate professionals. Internship Details: Dates: June 1 - August 7, 2026 Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday) Pay: $14/hour Location: Headquarters Office in Memphis, TN Application Process: After you submit your application and if eligible, you will be sent an email to complete a virtual video interview from HireVue. Internship Focus: The Salesforce Platform Administration team plays a key role in supporting all IT Product teams that rely on Salesforce applications. As an intern, you'll help shape how our organization uses Salesforce by: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to explore and implement new tools and platform extensions. Managing user access and security settings to ensure safe and efficient operations. Partnering with Salesforce to stay ahead of upcoming releases and help troubleshoot platform issues. Supporting the configuration of essential platform-wide tools for security, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD), and data backup. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how enterprise-grade platforms are managed, secured, and optimized-while contributing to real-world solutions that impact hundreds of users.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college/university or May 2026 graduate
  • Passionate about our mission
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

  • Communication skills: Ability to ask questions, document findings, and communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
  • Team collaboration: Willingness to work with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and end users.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce/SaaS Platforms: Configuration, navigation, and terminology.
  • Data management skills: Ability to work with spreadsheets, import/export data, and understand data hygiene principles.
  • CRM concepts: General knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems and their purpose.
  • Basic reporting and dashboards: Ability to create or interpret simple reports and dashboards.
  • Understanding of user roles and permissions: Awareness of how access is managed in SaaS applications.

Responsibilities

  • Build an understanding of the Salesforce applications deployed at ALSAC, and the teams that they support.
  • Support the initiative to improve application security by auditing user provisioning
  • Support the automation of user provisioning
  • Participate in efforts to enhance integrations with AI and improved plugin management
