About The Position

As a Summer 2026 Intern - Sales Operations Analyst in Frisco, TX at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will develop critical skills needed to pursue a career in analytics, strategy, shopper insights, or sales at our industry-leading company. You will work across our analytics, planning, sales, marketing, and strategy teams leveraging data & business storytelling to solve real-world market problems or opportunities. As a Sales Operations Analyst intern, you will be considered to be invited back to participate in our Early Career Leadership Development Program, which lasts up to 1 year and begins once you obtain a Bachelor's degree. There are several tracks that can be pursued within this program, including: Insights, Sales Analytics, Category Management, Shopper Insights/Behaviors, National Retail Sales, Revenue Growth Management, or Channel.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as full-time undergraduate students at an accredited college or university, in their junior year, with an expected graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
• Eligible majors include Sales, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
• Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Consumer packaged goods or beverage experience a plus
• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a cross functional environment
