About The Position

We're looking for a motivated summer intern to join our Lead-to-Cash (L2O) Insights and Transformation team, specifically supporting our Research & Insights function. This is an excellent opportunity for a rising junior or senior to gain hands-on experience in strategic research, data analysis, and project coordination at a leading enterprise technology company.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (rising junior or senior), graduating Winter 2026, Spring 2027 or Spring 2028
Strong analytical skills
Basic knowledge of survey tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or similar platforms)
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Curious mindset with a passion for turning data into insights
Ability to work collaboratively

Nice To Haves

Coursework in statistics, business analytics, or research methods
Strong AI knowledge and past usage
Experience with Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
Proficiency with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems
Interest in go-to-market strategy or business operations

Responsibilities

Support data analysis collection efforts to uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making
Support project coordination across cross-functional initiatives
Test, and optimize surveys to gather critical business intelligence
Help analyze survey results and translate findings with team members
Assist in building dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support research projects
Support the creation of readout materials including; decks, one-pagers, infographics, etc. as requested
Help coordinate meetings and workshops as needed
