Requirements

• Students majoring in Business, Risk Management/Insurance, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or other majors that align with our Claims' business needs.
• Passionate team players with sharp critical thinking, sound decision-making skills, excellent communication, keen attention to detail, and a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into multiple facets of claims and explore the wider world of insurance operations.
• Learn claim handling skills including investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and applying policies.
• Work side-by-side with our expert claims teams as you tackle medical, property, liability, and injury claims.
• Connect and collaborate with agents, insurers, and repair shops.
