Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled as a 2L student in an ABA law school.
• Strong research skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
• This position requires the majority of time to be spent in office.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with attorneys on assigned projects.
• Observe every phase of litigation.
• Gain exposure to litigation and trial practice.
• Participate in a balanced and realistic representation of the function of Claims Litigation Counsel.
