Requirements

• Full-time college or university students (Freshman, Sophomore, Juniors).
• Courses on or Majors in Information Systems/IT or equivalent majors including but not limited to Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics and Data related majors.
• Desire to work with Mainframe skills and work for State Farm upon graduation.
• Drive and initiative to lead and affect positive change.
• Leadership skills through extracurricular and professional endeavors.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment, both in-person and virtual.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• A can-do attitude, and someone who loves to have a bit of fun!
• Ability to work in an environment that emphasizes information sharing, collaboration, teamwork, mutual respect, and integrity.
• Strong aptitude and desire to learn new languages and frameworks.

Nice To Haves

• COBOL, PL/1, IMS, DB2, JCL, Autoflow, Assembler.
• SAS, DFSORT, AWS, Python.
