Alcon is seeking a Digital Product Management Intern to join us onsite for Summer 2026 at the Fort Worth, TX location. Alcon interns will have the opportunity to not only gain industry experience and network with other Alcon professionals. They will also have the chance to make a real-world impact by working on meaningful projects that will help patients and customers see brilliantly. Alcon also offer interns personal and professional development, high visibility, and coaching and mentoring opportunities. This intern will be responsible for implementing enhancements to the US MARLO platform. Our Digital Product Management Intern will be passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging/disruptive technologies, will think out of the box and be resourceful, a champion for innovation, and passionate about challenging the status quo in order to find new solutions and help streamline and or improve processes. In this role, a typical day will include: Partnering with Engineering and Design on Agile Sprint planning to deliver new enhancements improving the overall value proposition Collaborating with the local market team on go-to-market launch planning Documenting epics and user stories in JIRA Staying in sync with the Dev Engineering team on priorities and day-to-day decision making and supporting agile ways of working

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for at least one semester prior to internship or co-op, and at least one additional semester following internship or co-op.
  • Must be pursuing at least a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project management, or related major.
  • Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0
  • Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities or projects)
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship (students on an F1 visa with CPT can be accommodated)
  • Ability to commit to a 10-12 week, full time (40 hours per week) summer internship
