  • Gain in-depth knowledge and ability to read and interpret balance sheets, cash flows, and income statement results.
  • Gain real research and analysis experience in portfolio management, including financial statements, collateral, and other key items that affect liquidity and credit risk.
  • Explore core system reporting capabilities.
  • Understand the finance team's monthly financial processes to identify efficiencies.
  • Experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and financial industry research.
  • Participate in financial analysis and the creation of documents and slides for business proposals.
  • Juniors or seniors with degree focus on accounting, finance, or economics courses with a graduation date of August 2026 or later.
  • Rising Seniors who will be attending school in the Fall of 2026.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft applications such as EXCEL, WORD, ACCESS, and POWERPOINT.
  • Demonstrates strong judgment in decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Leverages high degree of resourcefulness and initiative.
  • Proficient in utilizing a collaborative approach to gather critical information, validate assumptions, and confirm accurate results.
  • Current or planned CPA designation.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, standards and techniques, and ability to decipher financial situations and results.
