About The Position

Ruan is now hiring an Integrated Solutions Intern for Summer 2026. This is a full-time position that will work a mix of on-site at our downtown Des Moines campus and remote. The Integrated Solutions Intern supports internal users with system troubleshooting and issue resolution. Ensure issue resolution processes are documented and standard operating procedures are communicated across team members. Responsible for collecting and understanding business requirements. Partners with team members to implement system configuration changes to meet or exceed those requirements on smaller scale projects. Complete a co-developed project with team members and present project findings and recommendations at the conclusion of the internship experience.

Requirements

• Education: Some College Courses Preferred
• Course(s) of Study: IT, Supply Chain, Logistics

Responsibilities

• Support both internal users with system troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Document issue resolution processes and communicate standard operating procedures across team members.
• Participate in workshops with multiple stakeholders from technology, business, and vendor teams, and then concisely document their outcome.
• Communicate with software architects and developers utilizing technical background.
• Perform other job-related duties with special projects as required.
