Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3.00 GPA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and operating systems.

Nice To Haves

• Basic scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Understanding of DNS, IP routing, VPNs, or firewall configurations.
• Exposure to virtualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the configuration and policy management of gateways.
• Supporting secure web gateway operations including URL filtering, SSL inspection, and traffic analysis.
• Troubleshooting connectivity and access issues.
• Applying zero trust principles to segment applications and enforcing secure access controls.
• Provisioning and managing virtual machines in environments
• Monitoring and optimizing virtual machine performance across CPU, memory, disk, and network resources.
• Supporting backup and recovery operations using snapshotting and disaster recovery tools.
• Writing basic scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
