Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college aviation program such as pilot training, aircraft dispatch, business aviation, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
• Complete their freshman year by the time the internship starts.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge and understanding of multiple operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the Gulfstream Flight Operations organization to improve efficiency across the company's Gulfstream fleet.
• Interface with the Flight Operations Supervisor, Directors, Chief Pilots, Dispatch Senior Manager, and VP of Flight Ops to complete projects.
• Complete assigned projects and work plans that include flight safety systems, business intelligence/analytics, flight operations, and aeronautical, mechanical, or systems engineering.
• Support efficient work practices and processes.
• Comply with safety rules and procedures.
• Ensure application of all Gulfstream regulations and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
