Requirements

• Enrollment in a bachelor's program focused on Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or equivalent programs.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated capacity to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Professionalism and adaptability within both hybrid and in-person work settings.
• Drive to learn.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, supporting daily operations and participating in early careers initiatives.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, helping to ensure compliance and a smooth transition for new employees.
• Develop and deliver internal communications, create messaging for all employees, and contribute to projects that foster engagement.
• Engage in structured professional development activities, including administrative tasks, record management, and report preparation to optimize HR workflows.
• Support intern engagement efforts by helping coordinate events, track participation, and foster community across intern cohorts.
• Conduct market research into key demographics to inform outreach strategies and program development.
