This is an 11-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. What It's Like We’re looking for a Designer who can turn strategy into visuals that stop the scroll, spark action, and elevate the brand. You’ll bring sharp design sensibility, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life across digital, print, and retail environments. What You'll Do As part of T-Studios , you’ll work closely with art directors, copywriters, and studio managers to deliver consistent, on-brand creative—from OOH and motion to presentations, toolkits, and campaign support. You know how to work fast, stay flexible, and make the work better with every round.

Requirements

  • Some hands‑on design experience through school projects, freelance work, personal explorations, or previous internships in agency, studio, or in‑house environments.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates clean execution, strong typography, attention to detail, and thoughtful, brand‑aware design thinking.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint, with a willingness to continue growing technical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with readiness to take feedback and contribute ideas.
  • Curiosity and openness to exploring AI, automation, and emerging creative tools that can elevate the work.
  • A passion for design that goes beyond making things look good—focusing on purposeful, strategic, and impactful solutions.
  • A team‑first attitude and a willingness to jump in, support teammates, and learn through hands‑on experience.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
  • Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of a wide range of design deliverables, including OOH, retail materials, social content, email graphics, print assets, motion pieces, and internal-facing creative.
  • Translate creative briefs and team ideas into thoughtful, high‑quality visual concepts and executions.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, art directors, copywriters, and studio managers to ensure accurate delivery and alignment with brand standards.
  • Explore multiple design directions and iterate quickly based on feedback and reviews.
  • Keep design files organized, properly labeled, and production‑ready while learning best‑practice workflows.
  • Apply T‑Mobile’s brand system consistently while bringing fresh, creative thinking to every project.
  • Participate in brainstorms, team critiques, and cross‑functional working sessions to contribute ideas and learn from the broader team.
  • Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and techniques—and actively look for opportunities to grow your craft.
