During Summer 2026, NewYork-Presbyterian will offer a 10-week paid internship opportunity for qualified graduate students from leading university programs. This internship is ideal for candidates passionate about reimagining people operations in a complex, mission-driven academic medical center. Interns will work closely with HR leadership and contribute to projects that advance our strategic priorities. This internship provides hands-on experience at the intersection of strategy, technology, and impact, shaping the future of work at scale. The intern’s summer project will focus on work optimization across the broader workforce, identifying opportunities to enhance the workplace experience as well as simplify processes and workflows, while reducing unnecessary complexity.
