Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
  • Outstanding data analysis, organizational, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, work ethic, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
  • Exposure to or interest in AI, automation, or digital tools that enhance business processes.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who is curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a team-focused culture.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships

Responsibilities

  • Build dashboards, reports, and presentations that track service performance metrics and provide insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance employee experience.
  • Explore ways to leverage AI and automation within a finance shared services environment, supporting projects that improve efficiency and decision-making.
