Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
Outstanding data analysis, organizational, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, work ethic, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
Exposure to or interest in AI, automation, or digital tools that enhance business processes.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter who is curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a team-focused culture.
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma or GED
Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships

Responsibilities

Build dashboards, reports, and presentations that track service performance metrics and provide insights to leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance employee experience.
Explore ways to leverage AI and automation within a finance shared services environment, supporting projects that improve efficiency and decision-making.
