About The Position

Kearney is seeking students majoring in Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, and/or Business Information Technology, and/or Data Analytics, or other related major for our Externship Program. The Kearney & Company Externship Program will offer a dynamic experience which includes firsthand exposure to a “Day in the Life” of Kearney team members who work hand-in-hand with Government clients. Students will have the opportunity to collaborate in a rewarding team based case project, enhance their resumes, the chance to build a larger personal and professional network, and much more! This two-day Externship opportunity will be hosted in a hybrid work environment based in Alexandria, VA. The program will include meetings with various team members, as well as mini breakout sessions designed to highlight collaboration and networking in a smaller group setting. Participants who are local to our headquarters in Alexandria, VA, will have the option to attend in person, while a remote option will be available for those who are not local. Requirements

• Must be a full-time currently enrolled student in an accredited college/university working towards a BA/BS degree in Accounting, Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, Information Systems, and/or Business Information Technology, Data Analytics, or other related major.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
