This job has the goal of providing the opportunity to acquire practical experience through direct exposure to the related business line(s) and to develop the next generation of diverse business professionals. To that end, the program will provide hands-on training and experience in the business line, expose the various career opportunities in the business line and related areas, and prepare participants for positions in the business. The intern will be responsible for completing an evaluation project with the team and presenting the work to an audience. The project will involve one or more of the following: an analysis of a specific health-related intervention based on descriptive statistics, a matched analysis involving an intervention and a control group, or a methodological deep-dive and review of innovative approaches to enhance future health-related intervention evaluations. The work will be conducted primarily in R, with some SAS.
