What It's Like T Studios Web Prepaid team brings T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile’s brand to life across web and app experiences seen by millions of customers. The team collaborates closely with marketing, content, and cross-functional partners to deliver campaigns and digital content that are clear, consistent, and on-brand. Work spans campaign creative, content updates, and marketing assets guided by established brand standards and design systems. This role offers exposure to enterprise-scale marketing while contributing to highly visible customer-facing experiences.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in, or recent completion of, a design‑related degree program.
  • Foundational design knowledge gained through coursework, self‑study, or personal projects.
  • Experience using Figma or a comparable design tool.
  • Ability to follow established brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Basic time‑management and organizational skills.
  • Clear communication skills and openness to feedback.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
  • Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to marketing, branding, or digital design projects.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with writers, marketers, or cross‑functional teams.
  • A portfolio demonstrating design process and iteration.
  • Relevant certificates, bootcamps, or online design coursework.

Responsibilities

  • Support design work on active marketing projects from concept through execution.
  • Create and update design assets in Figma, following established brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Assist with content and design updates in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with guidance from the team.
  • Collaborate with designers and a copywriter, participating in stand‑ups, reviews, and project discussions.
  • Manage time across assigned tasks, track progress, and incorporate feedback from mentors and peers.

Benefits

  • Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
  • Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour.
