Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by the summer of 2027
- We welcome diverse academic backgrounds, with preference for: Technology: Computer Science, Information Technology, Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), AI/Data Science Business: Finance, Economics
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- Strong interest in digital assets, blockchain technology, and financial markets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities, leadership qualities, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a small, dynamic team environment
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Must be able to work in one of Invesco's offices where the program is available
Nice To Haves
- Interest in digital assets and blockchain technology; practical experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of mutual fund operations and capital markets
- Familiarity with programming languages such as R, Python, or VBA is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of AI applications (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics)
Responsibilities
- Presentation & Documentation Support: Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and product documentation to assist the digital assets product team.
- Idea Contribution: Share insights and suggestions during team meetings to enhance product offerings and improve processes.
- Competitor Benchmarking: Assist with data collection, validation, and analysis to evaluate competitor strategies and positioning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technology, compliance, legal, and marketing teams to understand the practical implications of product development and delivery.
- Project Variety: Contribute to ad hoc projects and support digital asset product initiatives and launches.
