ADP is hiring a Summer 2026 Data Science/Machine Learning Intern. As an Intern at ADP, you will work alongside seasoned professionals who will guide and support you to enhance your professional skills while gaining relevant experience in a business environment. You will also participate in a variety of functional and leadership activities to enhance your personal and professional capabilities. Your objective: To learn as much as possible and gain relevant business experience during your time interning with us.

  • Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling: Formulate problems, extract & analyze data from multiple systems, summarize critical findings/insights, and develop a compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations.
  • Own and Manage Projects: Identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical projects.
  • Limitless Possibilities: Continue learning and discovering new ways to leverage ADP data to create new products and services and find more insights.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Be part of a collaborative team, listen to needs, and find and share solutions. Present to both peers and leadership on projects and findings.
  • Completed at least 3 years of a 4 year Bachelor's degree or 1 year of a 2 year Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • Prior experience in Java, C++, SQL; Distributed computing tools such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Hive, or Apache Spark; Oracle, MongoDB; Data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
  • Self-Starter: High-reaching and unstoppable with a can't-stop-won't-stop attitude.
