Participate in professional development. How Will You Make this Internship Opportunity Your Own? Our Contracts Administration Summer Internship will focus on supporting the contract administration process. Interns may help ensure compliance of contract documentation and assist with record retention and audit preparation. Interns may also support a program in developing proposals, program contract activities, and customer engagement. The ideal intern will be interested in administering federal contracts and task orders; have an ability to consider strategic solutions to address business and programmatic risks; as well as identifying and analyzing contract matters. This internship requires a nimble mindset, clear communication style and interest contracts administration.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's or master's degree program in business or related field from a United States-based college or university or high school (must be over the age of 16).
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams).
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Nimble mindset and genuine intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to effectively articulate business challenges and solutions.
