About The Position

If you enjoy solving hardware problems, working in the lab, and turning measurements into engineering insight, this internship is for you. As a Preamp Characterization Intern , you will help evaluate next-generation analog front-end circuits used in high-performance data systems. You will collaborate with engineers to measure, analyze, and understand how new silicon behaves in real operating conditions. This role combines hands-on lab experimentation, data analysis, and engineering investigation . This role involves significant hands-on lab work using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers to evaluate real silicon devices. This position is part of our Early Career program at WD. Our Early Career program is designed to support individuals beginning their professional career by providing the foundational training through a structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum.
