What Drives Success As an Intern at Lennox, you will be a part of a team of innovative and knowledgeable industry professionals. This is approximately a 10 to 12-week program that will provide you with real work experiences to grow your career and provide exposure to business leaders throughout the company. Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented with good analytical abilities and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with Excel
  • Requires current enrollment at an accredited college or university with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Testing business operations against control requirements, SOX testing
  • Assisting with System Access Reviews for risk mitigation in company systems
  • Performing audit(s) of Lennox retail stores
  • Performing audit(s) of inventory for accurate inventory controls
  • Assisting other parts of the business with implementing new processes or controls, with the guidance of Business Compliance group
  • Other accounting, compliance, audit, or finance projects as directed
