Requirements

• First-year full-time MBA students, ideally with a concentration in marketing
• Ability to commit to 10 weeks in Ewing, New Jersey during the summer of 2026
• 1+ years of professional work experience
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership ability, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a team first mentality
• We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and a willingness to help their team reach its goals
• This individual should thrive in a complex and fast-paced business setting and be able to work in a cross-functional environment
• Ability to analyze and simplify data to develop strategies to further the success of our brands, and help them continue to win in their respective categories
• U.S. work authorization is required (U.S. citizen, green card holder, permanent resident)
