  • Deliver audit and other assurance services to clients.
  • Engage with clients throughout the year to gather needed information for testing.
  • Perform substantive testing on client’s balance sheets and income statements.
  • Test for deficiencies of internal controls and discuss recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in firm-wide learning and development programs.
  • Network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients.
  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in accounting or a related degree in business.
  • Sufficient coursework and credits to sit for the CPA exam in the state you are being considered.
  • Outstanding academic performance with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Relevant internship, work experience, and/or involvement with a professional organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel.
  • Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.
  • Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
