Through innovations like the Membership Hub and flagship programs like Magenta Status, we turn loyalty into everyday value and elevate the customer experience across entertainment, dining, travel, and more. What You’ll Do Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and analysts to define, design, and deliver features that improve the T-Mobile App experience. Support the product development lifecycle by documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and SharePoint. Explore and experiment with AI-powered tools that help automate product management workflows—such as research synthesis, data analysis, backlog grooming, or content creation. Conduct market, competitive, and user research to identify opportunities and pain points within the customer journey. Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and learn how cross-functional teams build and ship digital experiences at scale. Analyze feature adoption, usage data, and feedback to identify insights and opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to help prioritize backlogs and contribute to the roadmap planning process.
