About The Position
As a Graduate Software Engineer Intern focused on Talent Acquisition AI at T-Mobile, you will have the opportunity to influence and drive change in the recruitment process by leveraging data-driven insights and recommending AI-based solutions. This 11-week paid internship will provide hands-on experience, allowing you to analyze recruitment data, uncover areas for improvement, and develop AI recommendations that could shape T-Mobile's recruiting practices.
