About The Position

The Small Business Intern position at F.N.B. Corporation offers college students a comprehensive opportunity to engage with various aspects of the Small Business sector within retail banking. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a major in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
• Strong analytical skills to improve decision-making processes.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.

• Demonstrated accountability and responsibility for project outcomes.

• Interest in financial services and banking operations.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Small Business Credit and conversation training.
• Engage in systems training and work with sales teams, portfolio managers, and credit underwriters to manage the small business credit portfolio.
• Shadow Business Development Officers on outside business calls.
• Interact with various FNB business partners including Merchant Services, Treasury Management, and Private Banking.
• Attend FNB-related events and training sessions scheduled for all Summer Interns.
