About The Position
At Western Digital, we are seeking highly motivated university students in their junior year (graduating May/June 2026) to learn and contribute hands-on while working with our People Solutions (HR) teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to get exposure into the world of talent attraction, development, and engagement! Interns will be placed on one of the following teams based on interest and business needs: Compensation, Benefits, People Support Services, People Development & Engagement, People Intelligence & Analytics, Talent Acquisition, People Experience, Global Giving & Doing. The People Solutions internship program lasts 12 weeks during the summer and is a paid, full-time position. The position is in-person (hybrid), and no relocation will be provided for the role. Preference will be given to candidates who do not need to relocate to the San Jose, CA area.
