Join us as we build on our promise to advance pediatric care-and your career. Under the direct supervision of an RN, the Nurse Extern participates in the delivery of nursing care to patients. This position exists within the content of a time-limited student experience. Works within the clinical nursing area in a support role, assisting nursing staff in the provision of care to pediatric patients and their families. The program is open to students enrolled in an RN nursing program and must be within 12 months of graduation by the start of the program.
