About The Position

The Summer 2025 Marketing Intern position at Parker Hannifin Corporation offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in marketing communications within a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• Sophomore actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Strong leadership skills and a 'can do' attitude.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in writing and editing marketing materials, including webpages, blogs, social media content, emails, and internal communications.
• Support the management of Parker Lord's social media platforms by creating engaging social copy and creative graphics.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Help MarCom lead coordinated marketing efforts for trade shows, webinars, and other events.
• Support the tracking and analysis of marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
