About The Position

• Science background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and participate in their negotiation for various departments.
• Prepare, negotiate, and advise on contract law and terms and conditions of agreements.
• Assess legal risk for business groups involved in contracts.
• Help establish effective relationships to drive Regeneron's science and business forward.
• Coordinate and contribute to the review or creation of template agreements.
• Refine the contract management system using technical skills.
• Engage in research projects and legal seminars.
• Deliver an end-of-internship presentation.
