About The Position
Ally Financial is seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals for a 10-week paid internship program designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical business experience. This internship is an opportunity for students to immerse themselves in various technology areas within the company, including AI, Advanced Analytics, Data Governance, Enterprise Technology Operations, and Enterprise Data & Analytics. Interns will engage in hands-on projects, participate in executive speaking series, and have the chance to network with Ally's leadership and diverse teams across the country. The program aims to provide a comprehensive learning experience, allowing interns to develop their skills while contributing to the company's mission of delivering exceptional financial services. The internship will commence with a formal company orientation and training, followed by active participation in project-based work relevant to the intern's area of study. Interns will also have the opportunity to lead an end-of-assignment presentation, showcasing their contributions and learnings throughout the program.
