In this paid internship, you'll be empowered to work on challenging and complex issues in a collaborative environment with other talented interns. Over the 10-week program, you'll participate in business projects, mentoring, leadership development training and team-building activities designed to set you up for professional success. The summer Internship program runs June through August, with flexible dates available, based on school schedules. Department Overview Human Resource (HR) professionals across HR functions engagement support our people throughout the entire employee lifecycle. HR members work collaboratively across functions to attract, retain, and develop top talent needed to deliver the Bank's strategic objectives. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - who acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals. They work closely with specific departments to understand their needs and challenges, offering expert guidance on talent management, HR compliance, employee relations, and process improvement to help the business achieve its objectives. You'll be an integral part of the HRBP team, helping to ensure an efficient and effective process is met.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be currently enrolled in an Undergraduate program with a focus in Human Resources. (Prefer that you are entering into your Junior or Senior year in the Fall 2025)
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision
  • An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking industry
