About The Position
Ally Financial is seeking interns to join our dynamic internship program, which is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world business experience. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various areas of our business, including Auto Analytics, Business Line Risk, Commercial Credit Risk, and more. Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to work closely with diverse teams and functions across the country, gaining insights into the financial services and technology industry. You will also interact with Ally's leadership, learning from their personal successes and experiences. The internship program runs from May 20, 2025, to August 1, 2025, and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Interns will participate in project-based work, leadership and career development experiences, and networking opportunities. You will lead an end-of-assignment presentation, attend formal company orientation and training, and participate in an executive speaking series. Additionally, you will have the chance to engage in an Employee Resource Group mentoring program, further enhancing your professional development. We are looking for well-rounded candidates who are eager to challenge the status quo and have a passion for the financial services and technology industry. This internship is an excellent opportunity for rising Juniors or Seniors in a full-time undergraduate program to gain valuable experience and make meaningful contributions to our teams.
