Our team focuses on the employee experience at Salesforce using our own trusted Customer Success Platform that we deliver to our external customers. The Total Rewards Market Insights Intern will support the team responsible for compensation benchmarking and market insights within the Total Rewards organization. This internship is a great opportunity for students interested in HR, compensation, benefits, analytics, or data-driven decision-making to gain hands-on experience in compensation survey participation, benefits benchmarking, data organization, and market research. To be successful in this role, the intern must have a basic understanding of compensation and benefits fundamentals, including pay structures, benchmarking, market pricing, and benefits offerings. This role is not just about working with data-it also requires strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. The intern should be able to ask the right questions, proactively seek data, and effectively communicate findings to support compensation and benefits decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with compensation and benefits data. They should be curious about market trends, proactive in problem-solving, and capable of translating data insights into meaningful recommendations. Candidates should have prior exposure to compensation and benefits concepts through coursework, internships, or related experience. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is essential.
